Product Description

UV board main raw materials are calcium powder and PVC. The content of calcium powder is relatively much higher. The finished product generally looks a bit like stone on the surface, but is actually a synthetic product. It is a board whose surface is protected by UV treatment. The board is formed by applying UV paint on the planed, density board, and then drying through the UV curing machine. Because of its easy processing, it can realize industrialized production, bright color, abrasion resistance, strong chemical resistance, long life, high requirements on mechanical equipment and process technology, and has the characteristic of moisture resistance. The primer adopts solvent-free 4E Green high-grade paint, non-volatile, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, with high gloss after curing, is a decorative board with ideal antibacterial effect.

1. The bottom layer of the confimation and clean the bottom to be fully dry,so that the bottom level.Remove dirt and rubbish.The bottom layer,please use the gypsum board or the magnesium plate and the surface smooth and waterproof material plate.

2. Marking and Positioning In accordance with the size of the decoration,the shape of the bottom line,positioning.

3. Double side tape adhesive bonding tape at the tixed position,hard pressed to make its cement. Usage:the wall is about 3.3/m2 of the ceiling is about 4.3/m2.
